Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to assist Accounting Manager to manage all financial transactions.Mainly responsible for the account payables and receivables, reconciling bank statements, local tax reports and other assistants as required. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and general ledger functions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collect and validate invoices/supporting docs (Contracts, quotation), make sure payments, amounts are accurate.

- Managing accounts payables and receivables, including payments for the office, vendors, and salary payment to employees.

- Preparation of VAT invoices for clients. Follow up the outstanding invoices, chasing overdue pay-ments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing all applicable accounting documents in accordance with current regulations. Key data into local accounting system (Fast Accounting software) in according to Vietnamese accounting standards.

- Preparation of quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT...)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist Accounting Manager on preparation of annual reports such as PIT finalization,CIT finalization, financial statement (BS, P&L, income statement...) for local tax/audit purposes as well as internal financial controls.

- Other relevant tasks as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education, Technical qualification & experience: Degree in accounting/finance, minimum 3 years of working experience in general ledger functions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Personal attributes & competencies:

- Good knowledge in accounting regulations and procedures, including the VAS

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

- Computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Word.

- Good communication skill - written and verbal in Vietnamese & English

Business Development Executive

Support business development actvities in Vietnam as required and directed by Business Development Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- New Business Development: Assist to build and increase referral sources to generate new business and grow the sales lead pipeline in the preferred market segments as well as support to formalize closed deals such as billingual contract update from existing templates to new ones and contract terms reviews with existing clients.

- Business Communication: Assist to connect with key stakeholders of business units with regards to new business leads.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Assistance: Assist to participate and/or organize business events, content prepation and social media communication

Business Relationships: Assist to engage relationships with prospects and industry bodies and to maintain pleasant relationships with clients

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Analysis: Analyze Vietnam market in terms of customers, market segments, and competitors relating to the core business. Prepare reportsand recommendations to Business Development Manager

Customer Database: Assist in gathering, analyzing and understanding customer data for supporting solution designs then present data in an appropriate format.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Design: Assist solution design process to meets customer requirements and operational capability

Processes: Assist to review and suggest internal processes to improve business development performance. Standardize processes where possible and ensure compliance

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Proposal Preparation: Assist to prepare commercial proposals to prospects

Account Management: Appropriately assist to manage existing customers to ensure customer stability and retention

REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication and interpersonal skill with an existing business network in Vietnam.

- Good background in solution design in warehousing and transport, preferably for global 3PL

- Bachelor degree is preferred with 3-5 year experience in relevant positon with passion for contract logistics
